Alexander has always been fascinated by how technology can make life simpler and calmer. Growing up in a household shaped by ADHD and disorganization, Alexander learned early how much stress clutter — digital and physical — can create.
He developed a lifelong curiosity about bringing order and peace to everyday life, and that exploration grew into Pain in the Assistant, an administrative support agency built on the belief that good people deserve good help.
Named 2024 Innovator of the Year, Alexander leads a team that shows up as whole people, celebrates client wins like their own, and genuinely loves the work most people dread.
When he's not building systems or supporting small businesses, he's snuggling his pup Cecil, unwinding over the latest co-op video games with his partner, playing indoor volleyball, or surveying bakeries to determine the best chocolate chip cookie in NYC.
